One of the most popular trailers in the Erde range, the Erde 122 Classic Trailer is perfect for use as a camper trailer and transporting garden waste and more. It is made of galvanized steel, which gives it strength and protects it from corrosion, extending its life. The trailer is an extended trailer. The Erde 122 carries a payload of 335 kg and features a torsion spring for improved handling.

The trailer also has a tipping mechanism and a removable tailgate, which makes loading and unloading easier, especially with bulk materials like dirt, sand, and gravel. Recessed light sets are a feature of all Erde trailers and provide a high level of damage protection, and on smaller trailer models like the 122, the trailer can be stowed vertically on its end. This significantly reduces the space required to store the trailer when not in use.

Like all Erde trailers, the 122 Classic box trailer meets and exceeds the new type approval regulations that came into effect in October 2012. Therefore, any trailer built to these standards must carry a certificate of conformity, which will be provided upon collection.

Earth 122 ABS Hard Top Cover Information:

The lockable Erde 122 ABS tarpaulin adds bulk to the trailer, protects the load from the weather and provides a safe environment for your load, with locking latches as standard.

The opening of the tarp is supported by gas springs, which also keep the tarp open, making it easier to load and unload the trailer. These locks are integrated with the locks mounted on the rear of the trailer and come with 4 matching keys. When closed, the cover also prevents the rear wall of the trailer from opening, fully securing the trailer bed.

The Erde 122 hard top increases the height of the trailer by approximately 20 cm at the front and 25 cm at the rear due to its stepped design. This increases the volume by about 50%.
